Refund Policy

At Top Electronic Sources, your satisfaction is important to us. We work with trusted third-party suppliers through Spocket to deliver high-quality products directly to your door. Because of the nature of dropshipping, our refund and return process must follow both our store policy and our suppliers’ guidelines.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only if:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color).

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because we source products from different suppliers, some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

  • If only part of an order is refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at support@topelectronicsources.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our dropshipping supply chain. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
